Though its presence is often overlooked, I’m sooo over psychological wellness being lumped in the medical model. I’m especially done with psychotherapy being dictated by folx who don’t have a clue what people like you are experiencing. Mental healthcare should be warm and collaborative and navigated by you and me together.
