Looking for personal growth?
For individuals, I use a collaborative approach to help you explore the reasons that brought you to my office. Common reasons include emotion dysregulation, life events, depression, anxiety, self-harm and self-injurious behavior, birth trauma, complex trauma, stress, problematic behaviors, personal growth, and more.
I value the process of deep, compassionate listening. Research and clinical experience tell me that we often need more than that to promote growth and create a lasting impact. You can expect me to sit with you as you need, but I’ll also push and encourage you toward the life you desire.
While I don’t give advice, you can expect me to help you process thoughts and feelings while identifying potential root causes perpetuating the difficulties you experience. The end goal is to help you feel better and live a more fulfilling life. I hope to help you find the insight, skills, and confidence needed to move through life in a more effective manner that feels right to you.
